"Just spoke with Karen and she clearly isn't having a Good Morning. I called and asked to speak with an agent.She said "What do you mean?" and chuckled and rudely said we're all agents so what do you mean? Well unfortunately I don't work at State Farm so clearly I'm unaware of speaking directly with a licensed agent. She asked what do you need? At that point I already felt uneasy so I asked for a transfer to the license agent, then chuckled again. At this point I'm trying to figure out what's so funny. I calm said please just transfer me. If I need to get a transferred again I will. David who then helped me and was pleasant. Thank you David! Karen please work on your customer service skills. Unfortunately your customers don't work at State Farm and know the operations."

"I own a quadplex and have an apartment policy with Jake Ottoson. I have been trying to close on a loan for over a week now. The only thing the underwriter needs is the policy information and payment records. I have been told for days that it either was sent, they are working on it, etc. I have yet so speak to Jake but keep getting other people. This has caused to be unable to fix the unit to rent by June."
