"I am always impressed when I call Jake Ottoson’s State Farm office. I never have to wait, and I always get clear answers to all of my questions. Today I was helped by David, who was detailed, thorough, and most helpful with the information I needed. Five stars!!
I have contracted my property/casualty insurance through this office for years, even though they are a good distance away geographically… but nothing could convince me to change to another agency, or to another insurance provider. I very highly recommend Jake Ottoson’s State Farm office to anyone needing great service and quality coverage from a staff that actually cares about the customer. ***UPDATE*** There is now a young lady named Nia working in this office. She is so helpful and so genuine, I wish my coworkers would learn some things from her! It isn’t very often that you get a chance to interact with someone that is so obviously happy with their job and always ready to go the extra step to make sure you have the best possible experience with a company. Nia exemplifies what customer service is supposed to mean. Just one more great reason to go to Jake Ottoson’s State Farm office!"

"Jawad made my process so easy. Very pleasant yet funny guy. He originally reached out to me just as I was renewing my current policy at the time and I wouldn't listen to him. "Just spoke with Karen and she clearly isn't having a Good Morning. I called and asked to speak with an agent.She said "What do you mean?" and chuckled and rudely said we're all agents so what do you mean? Well unfortunately I don't work at State Farm so clearly I'm unaware of speaking directly with a licensed agent. She asked what do you need? At that point I already felt uneasy so I asked for a transfer to the license agent, then chuckled again. At this point I'm trying to figure out what's so funny. I calm said please just transfer me. If I need to get a transferred again I will. David who then helped me and was pleasant. Thank you David! Karen please work on your customer service skills. Unfortunately your customers don't work at State Farm and know the operations."
